How do I withdraw my money?
Go to Withdraw, choose your balance and bank account, and you'll see exactly how much you'll receive in dollars and in naira, after all fees and at the TenQel rate, before you confirm.
How long do withdrawals take?
Most withdrawals are processed quickly after your payment has cleared. Your first withdrawal is reviewed by our team for your security, so it may take a little longer.
What are the fees?
Creating an account, payment links and invoices is free. Your buyer pays a small fee at checkout, and a small fee is taken when you withdraw. You'll see everything clearly before you confirm a withdrawal.
Is my money safe?
Payments are processed by licensed payment partners, new bank accounts are confirmed with a code sent to your email, and our team reviews first withdrawals.
